If you wish to return an item, please notify me as soon as possible at info@sourcedbyholly.co.uk.

Further Information

  • Goods must be sent back within 28 days of receiving the items in the same condition it was received.
  • Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until I receive it back - I therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
  • Many of the goods are vintage or handmade therefore can have signs of wear or may vary slightly from the image seen. If you are unsure about a specific items condition, please contact me before purchase.
  • Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify me immediately and I will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible (where possible).
